Currently Ki-100 is a very well-balanced plane. It is average in most of its capabilities, with exception of turn which is decent and above average, but nothing special. Much worse than turn capability of Ki-61-Is.
It should not go up, as it is already balanced.

Ki-61-II 4.7 → 4.0
Ki-61-II is a pretty bad plane. It is heavier than Ki-100 and not much faster. Much worse than Spitfire Mk9 which is now being moved to 4.7, with worse turn performance, roll rate, climb rate, and top speed.

Reasoning: It’s the natural enemy of the LeoA1A1 and they should share the same BR. Most of the fights are city maps anyway so they are a good match up exactly like the t62 at 8.7

they are slow and you can’t move from point A to point B without getting shot and die by faster vehicles
the Olifant mk1 at 8.3 is a superior tank thanks to the apfsds there is no doubt

Reasoning: They are slightly better of the t55a that sits at 8.3. they are basically on pair with leoa1a1 when it comes to firepower and mobility, they still have that -5 gun depression

there is no reason not to have them following tha leo variant

Reasoning: This boat is performing poorly due to its limited gun traverse and its tendency to rock, throwing off the aim as a natural consequence of its low freeboard. In addition, it is an extremely slow boat that has a difficult time influencing the outcome of a match. Its limited gun elevation also makes it an easy target for CAS aircraft.

I don’t think it needs to go down. It’s winrate over the past 3 months has been 50-52%. While it also has one of the best KD’s of all the Panzer IV’s, only beaten by the F1.
The LeoA1A1 deserved for a long time to go down to 8.7 that’s a fact compared to anything around his BR
And some tanks deserve to be raised and lowered. right now I just focused on the ones who needs to be lowered but we can all agree that are a lot of tanks that deserve a BR increase
Vote that the spitfires should require more spawn points because of their bombs rather than being increased by 0.3 BR where they face jets extremely often

Reasoning: I do not understand why the PT-811 is at 3.7 while the PT-810 is at 3.3. Sure, the PT-811 has different modeled armor and is slightly faster, with a lower-profile helm, but both the PT-811 and PT-810 have exactly the same armament, including the same type of torpedoes. This means there is no significant difference in gameplay. See the comparison below for reference.
Are the differences in characteristics significant enough to warrant the PT-811 being 0.3 BR higher than the PT-810? I would answer “No” on this.

I don’t think this needs to go down either. The Italian one has a 52-53% winrate for the past 3 months, and is worse than the German one. Lacking side skirts and the cupola MG. The German one also has one of the highest KD’s out of all the Pz III’s, only beaten by the Twitch premium version.
A-4E at 9.3 with rwr, flares, 2x aim-9b, 2x AGM-62A and GBU-8: just exists
German Pz III N is premium and Italy is a minor nation. They were both fine at 3.0.
What about A4s at 9.3?

I can agree that a bunch of tanks need higher BRs, but I cannot agree with the idea of lowering the BRs of this many vehicles.
There always is room upward for vehicles that are stronger than others at their respective BR ranges, but there is little room when going downwards.
Decrease the BRs of a bunch of vehicles → lower BR vehicles perform worse on average because they meet more powerful vehicles
The result is either:
More vehicles move down in BR, making the problem even worse
or
The vehicles that got moved down in BR go back up in BR, achieving nothing

To the guys asking to raise the Yak-130’s BR to 9.7 or higher: what about the A-4s that have been sitting at 9.3 for years?
