Planned Battle Rating Changes (August 2026)

Why bother using AIM-9G on F-4J when you have the best all-aspect AIM-7F, and you can carry six of those :clueless:

Geez, I wonder why. Definitely not because of keeping the afterburner on and leaving a trail of flares behind.

Well, yes, because the F-16 was next-gen and a newer airframe. It’s at a higher BR for that reason.

Early F/A-18 variants and F-14s with Sparrow missiles cannot lock on more than one target. Only those Hornets with AMRAAMs can, which the F-4J won’t even see.

Which can also act as dollar store fox 3 with 1 secret trick. And hms makes executing this trick even easier.

Indeed.

This is just plainly false

You gotta word that better man 💀

Vehicle: EC-665 Tiger UHT
Game Mode: Ground Realistic Battles
BR Change: 12.7 → 12.3 (or at minimum 12.3 if 12.0 is considered too low)

Reason:

The EC-665 Tiger UHT is significantly weaker than other helicopters at the same Battle Rating.

  • It carries only 12 PARS 3 LR missiles with inconsistent post-penetration damage compared to Hellfire 179, Spike-ER2 or LMUR, making kills much less reliable. with anti AA only x8 PARS
  • It has no cannon, leaving it almost defenseless against helicopters and low-flying aircraft after expending its missiles.
  • It lacks DIRCM, making it much more vulnerable to modern IR-guided missiles than helicopters such as the AH-64E, Mi-28NM or Z-10ME.
  • Its maneuverability is good, but not enough to compensate for the lack of survivability and defensive capability.
  • Unlike many competitors, it cannot combine fire-and-forget ATGMs with an effective gun system for self-defense.

The UHT’s only real advantage is the PARS 3 missile, but this is offset by its low missile count, inconsistent damage, lack of a gun, and lack of DIRCM.

At its current BR, it is consistently outperformed by helicopters that have more missiles, stronger ATGMs, better survivability, and superior anti-air capability.

A BR reduction to 12.3 would place the Tiger UHT in a more appropriate position without making it overpowered.

You don’t know what you’re talking about… The F-16 Early and the F/A-18 Early are both 12.3. Stop debating a subject you know nothing about or how it works.

All you have to do with use the HMS and spam 7Fs…

It’s not false. The F-4J fights against aircraft that are superior in several aspects, with better maneuverability, better missiles, and better radar systems.

Every plane in the game experiences this phenomenon

No, I know what I am talking about because I have flown and fought against those before.

The F-16A Early at 12.3 doesn’t have access to radar missiles, and the F/A-18A at 12.3 only has four AIM-7Fs. You can still outnumber the F/A-18A with your six AIM-7F loadout.

Just don’t get into dogfight with the Hornet. This is common sense.

Though I do think the F/A-18A is too good at 12.3, as it’s undertiered a little bit.

Vehicle: Scimitar Mk.2
Gamemode: Ground Realistic
BR Change: 8.3 —> 7.7/8.0
Reason: Bad mobility, bad gun, bad rate of fire, bad stabilizer, no armor, no scout drone. Normal Scimitar should also be reviewed to a lower BR.

If we are going about moving up the XM-1 Chrysler due to the PC influx of player’s boosting its win rate at least find the time to resolve M735 which you artificially broke almost 3 years ago now. Or at least give it M774 to make it slightly more competitive

A-6E TRAM

I’m not opposed to you raising it’s BR for GB. It would be nice if it finally had an appropriate SEA and A/G Radar.

Feels weaker in Nuclear Thunder than it should be (Harpoons).

This sentence alone with the em dash.

I use em—do I seem AI to you?

Depends.

Repeat after me: Sam Altman is a dork.

Sam Altman is a dork

he’s that bum at OpenAI right

Right.

Anway issue with em dash is that 90% of people dont use it. Its also easier to just use the - charactee instead of em dash.

But, em dash alone wouldnt be so telling that sentence was made by an AI, its the sentence itself.

Just look at it:

ChatGPT loves to write like this.

“Im not saying A—im saying B”.

Try it for yourself, ask it to create an counterargument for you to something someone said.

Ultimately i wouldnt even have issue with someone using chatgpt, i use it myself to translate longer texts because when i do it manually i tend to constantly repeat few words.

Its the fact that said user just took chatgpt output and without any changes or editing (and, presumably, without factchecking the answer), and pressed “Reply”.
