Reason: The top tier balance has been broken since introduction of free sam for everybody. All of the nations besides USSR get subpar anti air while free pantsir spam makes air unplayable for everybody else. Moving it to 12.3 would make it so that tor would be given instead of pantsir.

You tell me what else 18 “Flakpanzers” with a double 37mm gun mount would be, which are also at least implied to be visually similar to the original Ostwind

it’s really not good though especially in a uptier which i find it gets all the time so then your fighting active missiles with lacking missiles that leave you open to missiles you can’t just fire and forget
if the SU30 moves up it should take its place
you can delock notch then relock them they have datalink like a fox-3

According to stat shark which has data on 934,321 matches for this vehicle it has terrible performance in K/D, K/spawn and poor performance in SL and RP per match amongst all 9.0 ground vehicles in ground RB. It has a top tier win rate, but without the SL and RP to back it up this doesn’t seem related to positive actions per match. Personally, when I play the vehicle I find it to be a huge target, slow for a wheeled vehicle in this BR range, and poor gun handling with a slow rate of fire that makes it’s firepower subpar.
TL;DR poor statistical performance besides win rate and subpar “hard technical capabilities” mean this is not a 9.0 vehicle.

I would rather have the mig23-98 then the mig21 airframe.
Better speed, better cms, better flight perf, also funny 1450 kmph speed at ground level.
that would be a good 12.7 then you can remove the stupid 9.12 mig 29
which you never get to do when your being chased by a active missile from space, plus the missile is piss poor as doesn’t have the range unlike r27er
So 11g (i know it says 10g here but in the game files its 11g) is now nearly double 13g? Also the stinger missile is a lot faster, so in order to have the same turning radius, it needs much more G overload.

Nope. The huey optics are so unbearably bad, but the ah1f/ah56 actually have usable zoom levels and thermal optics to make them pretty decent.
The rockets aren’t there just for rocket rushing, they help a lot when dealing with spaas. Instead of just sitting there in the air guiding your missile in while getting shot at (potentially with other missiles), you can pop up, spam a bunch of rockets, and dip back behind cover.

The ship was removed from service March 44, long before Russia had access to proxy fuses. Removal would still leave the ship with some of the strongest AA at its BR with 4x 45mm single shot, 3x37mm automatic, and 3x 12m7mm MGs.
Info on the ZS-46R HE-VT is hard to come by, however in 1950 the CIA produced a report that such shells were still only available in limited quantity. Giving these to a DD retired 6 years earlier is not just ahistoric but frankly ridiculous. Japan, Germany and Italy don’t get treated to such time jumping shells.

BR Change: 5.7 → 6.3
Reason: It is arguably the best (or tied with the P-51H/Spit Mk 24 as the best) prop in the game, yet its BR doesn’t reflect that. It has too good a top speed, climb, acceleration, turn rate to stay at 5.7. The guns are not even a downside anymore like they were in the past. Downtier matches are outright criminal in this plane.

the mig21 bison doesn’t have r27er only the base r27 which does not have the same performance and is far worse, if it had r27er then i wouldn’t be so mad
