due to its datalink you can shoot your R27ER into orbit lofting it like fox-3 delock and wait for it to get close then relock last second making it unavoidable it carrys 8 of said missile and should not be facing F4Js
R27ERs are basically manual fox-3s its near undisputed in BVR at 13.0 right now and undefeatble in downtiers can even hold its own if played by a skilled pilot against 13.7s

look crow you can very much see targets at 6km so like evrything above is bvr?
Also give it (and the 1128) its true to life 6s reload instead of the “averahe engagement time” reload of 7.5s.

The over-under layout was rejected very early in its development since the tank would be too tall and very vulnerable.

Comet has much better mobility than Firefly and I think that 5.0 would probably be a better place for now, I’m sure with a good reload players will be able to make use of it.
Yes, the exhausts are in my opinion essential, Cromwell-series tanks suffer from lacking their exhaust shrouds and being very easy to spot behind cover as a result. A second postwar Comet I Type B would also be invaluable, and could reinforce a decent 5.0 lineup if some of the changes put forward in this thread are considered.
There are a huge number of vehicles in the game and only so many can get attention per update, Comet has simply been on the back burner for a long time.

But its heavy weight and low countermeasures is keeping it at 13.0
