It’s would be more persuasiveness if you referred this KLJ7A type. This one also can provide a wide scanned capability

Wait, this radar actually has another version with a movable gimbal? I always thought it was fixed.

it wouldnt

because you guys dont have a source saying that the J-16 uses that radar

it cant be that hard to understand

as you can see - yes

And it seems to perform better too — more tracks, longer detection range… but the big thing is that 200° search angle.

Worth noting that there seems to be an PLA domestic variant of the radar named JKL-24

It’s being fitted on the J-10A as a MLU to replace the Type 1473

This is the cheap bid product for the KLJ‑7A, which has no advantage other than its air‑cooled design that allows it to directly replace the KLJ‑7 on the Jeff II. Also, this document doesn’t mention its scanning angle. in reality, it’s still ±60°.

no…other one

[DEV] J-16 should have WS-10B Series 3 engines - Fixed.

Gaijin should bring back and keep that walk around mechanic…like idk why they didnt keep it…maybe it was making it easier to see model problems lol
