Why, in relation to the same issue concerning the WS-10B series3, are some submissions rejected while others are accepted? I have observed that the rejected posts appear in the English-language section and that they were rejected by Russian-speaking volunteers. I find this difficult to understand.

There is no issue in this context. The reports that are rejected do not cite any reliable sources, or cite very few.
Bug reports concerning, for example, engines must cite at least two secondary sources (such as books, manufacturers’ websites or magazines) in order to be accepted.
A bug report based solely on images and one’s own opinion - or even random websites - has no factual basis and cannot therefore be accepted.

I asked my other Russian friend about these and he called them Grandma Candy.
